A bit adrift from the topic of this thread but I'd be willing to bet most American civilians  are in far greater danger of becoming collatorial damage in the War on Drugs than we are of being caught up in the war on terror.

OK; you've had your say about this very real enemy.  And I'm in more danger from a drunk driver when I drive hime than from this "real enemy", at least in the US.    But rant on about the clear and present danger.  And how we have to meet brutality with brutality.  And when we become what we're purporting to fight against, let me know how you feel.
