I enjoyed the Who you want to talk about who should retire how about Brett Farve. Wink

Favre can still play football.  The Who cannot still give a decent show.

I liked the result of the game too.  Thought The Who did fine, much better than Springsteen since they acted their age (as much as I like Springsteen that was painful last year).  I wonder why there is a live "big time" halftime show?  I think they should do the game analysis, run a long movie preview and let's get back to the game.

The Who... you're either a fan or you aren't paying attention.

Roger still has his voice and Pete is one of the most original and talented guitarist/performers there ever was.

Trivia:  Who is the Who's current drummer?

Zak Starkey.  Son of Ringo Starr.

He is the only drummer since Moon that can play very much like Keith Moon.

Sorry, but the Aints were only there because the refs gave them the game against the Vikes. Congrats on their win in the SB, to bad they had to cheat to get there.

Yeah...you're baked, aren't you.  The halftime show was horrible.  It was actually painful to watch.

I didn't see the game, but is it fair to point out a ref's bad call and define it as 'cheating' by the team the call favored?

I've watched a lot of sports in my life and have yet to see a team favored by a bad call argue with the ref and ask him to change his call to their detriment.  I don't think that is cheating and I don't think most sports fans do, either.

It was two bad calls on consecutive plays in overtime. The first was a pass interference call on a play where the ball was so far overthrown it wasn't funny. If a ball is uncatchable, no interference. And, if you wnt back and looked at the play, there wasn't any interference. On the next play, the receiver droped the ball on the way to the ground. I saw it on my dinky little TV. It was, however called a catch. Those two plays put the Aints in field goal range.

The entire officiating crew should be fired over it. Even the TV announcers were commenting about how one-sided the calls seemed to go the entire game. Of course, the NFL might have decided who was going and who was going to win, just like JEB Bush and Katherine Harris.
